Birthdays?

Birthdays have been tough, but I made it through it.

Yes, knowing his birthday was over a week ago and mine was yesterday sad days.

I wanted to celebrate this milestone birthday with him but couldn’t.

Spent a quiet day with my daughter watching movies and kicking back.

Both days were rainy, which I don’t understand why but worked out that way.

Now the sun is out and not sure if that is a sign of better days to come or not.

It’s so much different now with emptiness in my heart.

Things are still getting sorted out and life moves on even if I’m not ready for it.

Life is so much different now.
