I was wondering if anyone here has bipolar or deppression or anxiely.  If so how did your quit go? What if any were there any diffrent reactons or Challenges did you face? Did you have to change your meds? If anything was differentt how did you deal with it?

I do have all 3 and was wondering if there were any extra things I need to do for my quit or watch for. I am on meds and have been stable for years.

I understand if you would not like to put it on this post. If you don't can you please send a email to my inbox. I will not tell anyone.

Please no backlash or negitive comments on my condtion.

Thanks you.

I just love that little guy you have on your heading.  I so feel like that some days, we all know the right thing to do and I think we all want to do the right thing, but some days it's hard to do the right thing.  But we have to keep going, keep re-directing, keep reading, just keep on keeping on.

stay on your meds and if something changes, have your doctor adjust them.

Dale is right.  Let your doctor know right away if anything changes.

I have all three too!  My quit has actually been very easy.  Of course, that doesn't mean yours will be but it is possible.  I have stayed on my meds and haven't had any negative effects.  Since you are stable this is a good time to quit.  I read Allen Carr's free ebook and it helped me a lot.

The people here have been great!  Very supportive!

Well I had depression and anxiety ...more anxiety but I quit smoking and what do you know. It was the cigs doing it to me. So hey if you quit smoking maybe it will take care of two of your problems. It sure won't hurt. I feel so much betted ...no more panic attacks.

Please read this blog. It is very carefully researched and you might want to write to me or to Sheryl as well. That's what we're here for - as well as protecting our own quits, of course!
