Description
I started smoking my senior year in high school and have quit 3 times for about 4 months each. Not Quitting is not an option for me anymore. I'm not a dumb guy, but smoking again after quitting for 4 months after Bipass surgery exemplifies the magnitude of my addiction. I've gone to support groups for quitting many years ago and it worked for about 4 months and then I was back. I prefer to stay away from the Chantix, but my doctors have prescribed it. I've decided to try this first.
