Just woke up, day 3 I guess, at 3:00pm will start day 4. Anyhow, Much better night last night, honestley, once in awhile panic attack or as most of you might say, craving. It passes quick. I am hoping to go through more than an hour without thinking about smoking today...I have work to do, and neeed to get my brain off this and accept my new life! Keep on pushing............LOL. Talk to you all in a bit when I loose my mind.

Keep strong and push ahead. You are doing a great job. Keep busy and you will have less brain chatter.

Hang in there. Try to always focus on the positive of your quit. The hardest moments are in the very beginning of the quit. You will eventually re-train your brain to not need or WANT those nasty cigarettes. You just have to believe right now that these days will become a blur eventually. You will get stronger as the hours and days go by. Believe in yourself! You can do this!

Congratulations on the decision to quit!

Stay strong!  Keep your mind on your quit at all times, it can get tiring.. but after a few minutes, a few hours, a few days, it gets easier!  Don't let your guard down, you can do this!
