Been gone a while

Hello everyone, It has been a while since I have been able to get on here, I have been in the hospital and very sick for over a month. Sadly, I have to say I have not reached my quit yet. I am not giving up, and I feel like a disappointment to everyone including myself. I actually found it very hard to come back and admit I had not quit yet. I know so many of you have taken that step and are working hard to keep your quit. Take it from someone who blew it, do whatever it takes to hold on to your quit, smoking again only brings tremendous stress and grief and guilt to yourself. I am just going to hang out, get info and read the blogs, hoping to find encouragement and pull strength from them to begin again. God Bless to all.
