Description
This is my 3rd and final quit. I turned 50 this year and everything must change. Ok not EVERYTHING. I quit on July 25th and I'm not looking back. I started running and eating right. I feel terrific. Look out world cuz here I come.
Ok I lied this is actually my 3rd time. 12/30/2015 I am 23 days into my quit. This time it will stick. The hardest part it the true commitmit. It took me 3 times to figure out what NOPE meant.
