I find it amazing how the crave comes and goes. I mean I have 29 days in now and some days I NEVER think about it and then BAM.....I have a day of horrible urges, I suspect, like you have today.

Cunning-powerful-baffeling....just like those in AA say about Alcohol, Nicotine is the same way and we cannot let our guard down. Just remember should you decide to smoke, you will feel so crappy after you do because you have gone so far (30 days)!!!!! ....and the feeling of 'good' if you wanna call it that' from giving into the cigg, is only gonna last a few seconds...then you will be so mad that you caved in and have to start all over. Decide you are gonna wuit making circles around the mountain and make your way to the other side as you ARE doing by coming here and posting.. I have faith in you....you WILL do it!! Hugs~Missy

Recently I read an article from whyquit.com on smokemares and it explained that the taste of cigarettes can often trigger a dream! While not very pleasant, that taste is real and indicates that your lungs are shedding old damaged and still smokey cilia while forming new ones! It's good news and is an indication of toxins leaving your system while you are healing! Soooo...smile instead of craving, you have good reason!

Hey friend! Hang in there! What are feeling is totally normal! xo

30 to 130 days is called No Man's Land (NML) and strong cravings can blindside you out of nowhere...be prepared not surprised...it is normal and will pass! Read up on it on Dale's page and Sarah's Wed Weekly NML blogs...
