Back and better than even

It has been over 2 years since I used this site, I am so glad to be back . I am even happier to tell you all that I have returned smoke free of 2 years. If you think you can, than you can do it!

There is one thing I remember more than anything else, the one puff rule. Keeping that in mind, I will never be a smoker again!
