Back again

Hi everyone. I have been on and off this site for sometime. I have had so many relapses over the past year that I have been embarrassed to share. I really want to quit forever this time. I am going to set a new date of tomorrow and stick with it and make sure I come to the site everyday. The elders have such great advice and is an inspiration to me.

 I have read the Carr book and listened to it in my car. I just can't seem to stick with my quit. I will go a few weeks and even a few months and then relapse again. Any help and support from the community. Thanks
