Congrats on your day 21 not smoking.  I am on day 11 and very proud to say it.  Today was very hard, but I decided to come on here and get motivated again.  It is great to get encouragement from others when things get tough!  Best of luck to all who are quitting the nasty habit...

Fran, you hit the nail on the head!  If we could just convince EVERYONE who feels they are about to give up their Quit by lighting up, to just come here to the blogs on EX and type in the word "HELP" to receive immediate support!  Too many Quitters come to blog AFTER they've smoked, looking for the encouragement to start over again.  When if they had blogged for help BEFORE they smoked, they probably would have found the strength not to smoke.  And then they wouldn't be having to start all over again...
