Did some traveling this weekend and found I thought a lot about smoking when I ran into situations when I use to light up. I actually got through it. Of course I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law and they are the loves of my life but I actually didn't spend my mornings/evenings on their front porch smoking. I'm still on the patch but seriously, I love not smelling like an ashtray.
