There's always going to something going on whether it's good or bad because life happens to non smoking people too, I used to say it's just not a good time to quit smoking and it wasn't until I finally decided to actually quit that I realized that there was never ever going to be a good time that life happens whether we smoke or not and I decided my health and my family was much more important to me that the damned tobacco products so I found this site and read everything I could about quitting smoking which strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom. There's definitely life after cigarettes but you got to stick with your quit and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days, I'm so thankful that I finally wised up and quit playing Russian Roulette with my life and bit the bullet and became an Ex Smoker and I must admit that I'm one of those Happy Quitters 
I never thought I'd quit or even if I could quit but hey here I am saying yay for all of us Exers, chin up and grab onto the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!
