It's been a while since I've checked in, my quit day seems so long ago, like another lifetime. I'm 58, in pretty good health, I walk about 2 miles a day and do a little weight lifting. Our neighborhood has lots of hills so I'm breathing hard after the climbs, however, my recovery time is really good. I sleep well, not much snoring according to my better half and she would let me know about it. I never think about cigarettes at all, never feel the urge, honestly, I'm surprised when I see someone smoking these days. I live in Maryland, the cost of a pack of cigarettes is astounding, I see upwards of $10.00 per pack in some places. Vaping seems to be more popular then cigarettes these days, my son-in-law vapes. I looked at the liquid and it seems to me that there are way less controls on how much nicotine you get from them. I feel sorry for him, we used to butt heads back in the day, when I was smoking, he told me that I couldn't quit because I was weak minded. I reminded him of that the other day, it's really sad because he is hopelessly hooked on vaping. Be strong people, if you can get past 6 months or so, you'll be fine and you'll never look back. Peace
