     Good Morning everybody. hope everyone has a happy,healthy great smoke free day today and is feeling good.

I dont no why, maybe the holiday who knows but i got up 6am agian today which is ok, I like gettin up early,but i got up ansty like, anxious, and crazy sorta.

so iam gona blogg, then do my 10 min yoga thing here LMAO ohh it works, then ill clean up now that everyone is gone. and iam goin to lunch with some friends.

well  N.O.P.E. woohoo   gota believe :)) 

funny thing, my 14 yr old son got fresh with his big mouth last night, i was able to run all the way up stairs,yell reli reli loud say it all in one breath and was still able to breath, ...LMAO

wen i stoped yellin , I was thinkin,wow, im still breathin, i still have air left, WOOOHOOOO :)))))    thats a wonderful thing for me 🙂 who couldnt say 10 words without being able to breath in deep no to long ago.

so wen i think of smokin, I think of all the air i have in me that i didnt have b4 :)) well, its yoga time ,stay healthy,strong and  N.O.P.E 🙂   still solid as a rock.   Joanne.

I get those Antsy moments too Jojo, like there is something that I'm supposed to be doing but don't know what. I term that the nicodemon knocking on our door. He is trying to come in , in the form of anxiousness. Glad to hear you have your 10 min yoga to battle him with!!  Good for you! I laughed like a loon when I read about you yelling at your son!! I bet your 14 year old is a really good kid,,lol,,they need to be yelled at occasionally, in fact they expect it,,haha,,maybe he was testing your breathability,,hahaha

  hey Jamie, thanks and yea thats what i was thinkin to, nicoderm is here lol, but i kicked his ass today outa mind outa sight with my yoga haha even tho its only 10 in, 🙂

thanks gail and azect, im stayin solid here, and jdc the deep breathin is one of the things i do now on a daily basis.

and my buddy diane, he is a good kid but sometimes hes mouth gota go.:)) and yes i will pledge with u to stay smoke free for the next 24 hrs lol.

Glad you could get angry and not want a smoke and more importantly did not smoke.  Anger is one of my biggest triggers still.  Happy smoke free days to you - one deep breath at a time!  😉

Jojo, funny........................I can just picture you running up the stairs yelling at your poor kid!!!! I am still laughing. I know about the thing and breathing..... I was singing in the car as loud as I could and I didnt have to stop because I couldnt breath anymore! Nice. Okay boys will be boys and at 14......mouthy. But lovable!!!! JoJo you are doing It Girl, Way to hang in there!  Yeah,it is great to be able to scream and be able to breathe afterwards (I practice this much too often:) You are so full of energy and do a great job keeping busy.  The boys, got to love them, just wait until next year.
