I've got plans for the week. Pay attention to what happens when I crave. Just sit and watch it like a TV show. I don't have to take any action when I settle down to binge TV. I don't have to dodge the bullets, or testify in the TV courts. I don't have to do anything at all but watch and be engaged. 

A craving can be just like that. I don't have to take any action at all. I can just watch it and let it pass by. And I don't have to empty the ashtray at the commercial breaks either! 

So I'm going to engage with my cravings and understand they are like the invisible waves of the TV. Here one minute, gone the next. 

Just watch and learn, that's my plan.
