Another month is floating by!

Wow I can't believe that a week from tomorrow is the last day of May! I'm hoping it's going to warm up soon and stay warm it was 33 degrees first thing this morning but it's supposed to get up to 66 YES I'll take it BUT it's supposed to cool off again over the wk end BUT I shouldn't complain because there's a huge fire out in High level Alberta I wish we could switch the weather which would surely put their fire out and we could dry out and warm up so the farmers can get their crops in and we can get our garden beds in at least with N.O.P.E and vigilance there's No going backwards and relapsing because I don't smoke anymore and it would totally suck big time going back to that horrid DAY ONE! Sticking with N.O.P.E works when applied on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way any of us can FAIL.......

It's a Yoga day today.  I do not see any smoking for me today.

It is almost the end of May and there are fires in Canada and tornadoes in the US leaving behind such devastation, I am praying for all of those affected and hoping with all of my heart that they will make the choice to keep going forward. 

It is 77 here now and supposed to go into the mid 80's with the 90's coming for the weekend.  I need to get groceries today and it is going to be a battle to breathe out there but I will go from one air conditioned place to the next.

Keep on stepping baby - wasn't that a song line - Dale would know that song-  thanks for sharing Marilyn I also want the months and weeks and dsys to go slower - YET taking it ONE step or breathe at a time to adjust in MY moments-  these days- I am facing alot of MY fears of the UNKNOWN  - and the weather in MY part of the world - it was sunny yesterday with a nice breeze and now TODAY - the rains come - awe - the weather is WHACKADO in MY weather reporting -  yet I am grateful -  I ain't smoking at the weatherman - i USE to smoke at people - active addicts DO that- NOT TODAY - for ME it is - ONLY by God's grace -  I am a RECOVERING NICOTINE ADDICT and I am choosing to NOT USE NICOTINE EXCUSES to live in this morning only - to accept MY life in joy as a non smoker in Jesus name amen - gentle hug.
