Yesterday, we have our cleaner come acround for the weekely clean. Sometimes she bring her 16 year old friend over, she smokes and she went out for a smoke while I just stayed inside trying hard not to be tempted by it.

Today I did my first day at my voluntary work and I am loving it! Then after that I went to visit mum to say hello and to see if she can help out with some food because we didn't have money for any, then I came home, made my bed and cooked dinner (Tika Masala tonight). I get paid tomorrow and I know it will be gone in a flash because I got rent, food, bills to pay. My NRT gum is apart of the forghnightly list of expences. Speaking of which I have been slowly cutting down on the nicabates. I chew about 8 gums per day and would like to bring it down to 4.

It's been 19 days since my last cigarette and I am just crusing.

:O)

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
