Yes I slipped and had a cig yesterday for feeling overly stressed out by too many things. Yes I made a choice and failed the stress test big time. We are having alot of problems with my 16 yr. old son right now and I went back to a slip. I have been tracking my slips on my counter and I also had a couple of beers yesterday. The funny thing is that I woke up today and am trying to put the bad day behind and restart my quest for happiness and being smoke free. My hope is that I can get there where I can make that choice for myself even during hard times.
