Since my hubby Mark retired the end of April all the days seems the same to me BUT our buddy our pal our friend our Hump day camel George gets quite flabbergasted when I forget to mention him BUT all he seems interested in this morning is COFFEE hummm I might go for another cup myself! 😀 I really like living life on life's terms without the horrid Nicotine Poison I'm one of those people that never thought I'd ever quit smoking let alone stick with it BUT here I am living my Forever Quit and so can anyone and everyone that is willing to perservere through whatever comes their way I remember how difficult it can be at times BUT thankfully it's doable PLUS we're all help in any way we can.....

Now that my caffeine has kicked in I want to remind everyone to be EXtra Vigilant And keep stacking up those precious DOF ~ Days Of Freedom ~ so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON! PLUS after decades upon decades of smoking it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch BUT it's worth every bit of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize just how much better life is as an EX Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit! It's going to get easier and easier with time under your belt!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
