Well tomorrow is my sisters birthday. She quit smoking a couple of months ago....then I followed. So although we are celebrating another year of life, she and I will be celebrating that we stopped a difficult addiction so we can add more years...more birthdays. Another positive I was thinking about is we have alot of young people in our family and hopefuly just by example they will see it is possible to stop smoking!! Aunt Carolyn won't be on the back porch tomorrow...I will be preparing the dinner....serving everyone and being grateful we are all together!!... My one nephew who will be there told me recently I would have bet that you couldn't stay off cigs...well he is seeing something different than he expected!!
P.S. Went to yoga today....wow...need to keep going is all I can say. LOL
