The un-occassional craving.    

Still TRUDGING along in NML.  All of the 'predictions' that make NML real... ARE.  No biggie.  I love being a non-smoker and I love the way I feel.  I have to be honest... my Husband used to always cal me 'Smokey'  Hah.  Done with that now.  (He smokes cigars)  Now I call him 'Smokey'  🙂

Lots of 'newbies'  I am SO happy to see so many people wanting to kick the BUTT to the road!  There is STRENGTH in numbers!  We are doing this!  Lets make it our ultimate goal to put the cig companies OUT OF BUSINESS.  I know Im a dreamer.... but I would love to see this in my life time.

Oh.... and that un- frequent craving.... this is him now      

Keep up the good job everyone!  AND... THANK YOU for all the wonderful love and support.  I am winning this war... and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Nice Blop, oh I mean blog.

Isn't that a wonderful thought, to put the cigarette companies out of business! So many people I love are still smoking. It kills me to know that they could have the same freedom as us, but they don't know it.

I find NML to be kind of peaceful...don't you?  I often wonder how cigarette companies are making any money considering how many people are quitting plus there are the tobacco farmers.

Hey Kris,  Loved your blog. we are doing this and it is great! I too wish we all could put the tabaco comp out of business. I would travel the world and go to every Junior high and elementary school and try to convince them not to start..... but the thought of public speaking makes me sick to my stomach. We will be out of NML in no time. Have a great day.

No, Pat, I am not feeling the peace of NML just yet.  I am hoping for peacefulness soon, but the lack of peace is not the fault of smoking or not smoking.  Just life.  Still glad I am living it w/out a cigarette now.
