An early night tonight

Whew -- I made it through the day without too many yawns (but there were definitely a few).  I did a lot of research today on Adult ADD and I'm amazed that I didn't do this before.  I think when my doctor mentioned it I kind of dismsised it thinking that I couldn't possibly be diagnosed with something so basic in my 60's.  But the research I did today pretty much described me to a T.  So I am pretty sure that's going to be the outcome, and I can deal with that.  There are sites similar to EX where people blog about having it and share coping strategies, etc.  I joined it today and I'll spend more time learning about it and learning from others.

I'm heading to be in about 10 minutes, but wanted to say thank you for all your comments on my middle-of-the-night 'conversation."  I am quite sure I won't be blogging at 2 a.m. again tonight!  I yawned through the entire afternoon and now I'm just catching up on EX, email and Facebook and then I'm down for the night.

Have I mentioned lately how happy I am that I don't smoke anymore?  I don't think a day goes by that I don't feel grateful for this wonderful new way of living (for me -- lots of very smart people figured it out long before I did.)  But aside from my regret that I didn't figure it out a long time ago, I am living in this wonderful moment of a smokefree life.  Wow.
