I'm a 23 year old Army wife, and the mother of 2 beautiful kids. My daughter Olivia is 3, and my son Noah is 1. I'm currently studying to take my GED, and then I too will be joining the Army, and then we will be a dual military family.
I have been smoking for 12 years now, and its really starting to show, and I can feel it all over my body. I started smoking at the age of 11, so as you can imagine I have no idea how to live my life without cigarettes 😞 I have attempted to quit smoking many times in the past, and my longest remission being about a month.
I really need to do it for good this time, and I would love help and advice from anyone who has successfully kicked the habit, and in return I will be here to help you all along the way as well.
