I don't write many blogs at this site, I guess I'm to boring, but I do check in and read all the other blogs. BUT....today I'm on the five day countdown to the big, really BIG, one year mark........I am seventy years old, smoked for fifty five years and never, ever thought I would OR could give them up. They were my friend and crutch when every one and every thing seemed to be against me, but finally did it and I am so proud of myself !!!!!!
