You are almost at a month, that is great, I'm at 16 days now.  I know those feelings, I blew a 180 day quit and then a 120 day quit on my first two attempts.  It is so not worth it to take that one puff.  It took me 8 years to get where I am, there is no way in hell I will smoke again.  Remember everyone is here for you, just blog to blow off steam if you need to.  You will get lots of support.  It really does feel great to be smoke free doesn't it?  I am so happy to be a non-smoker.  The cravings come but leave pretty quickly now, Just take a slow deep breath, it is so nice to be able to breathe.

oh and ps.  Your dog looks very sweet!

WTG Curt!  I'm 3 days into my quit.  3 days that seem like 300!  The longest 3 days in my life!  Oh, it's not been that bad, I'm just having a craving right now.  I've been deep breathing so much I feel like I'm going to hyperventilate!  I'm glad you didn't smoke too!

So glad you fought that urge!  You are RIGHT - one puff/ one cigarette/ one pack is NOT worth going back to day one.

I am SO happy for you that you are smoke free today!

Good for you, Curt! Way to go! Those times can seem overwhelming, but you stuck with it and came out on the other side with your quit intact! Congratulations!
