It's day seven and it's amazing how slowly it's going. The first few 3 days weren't as bad as I anticipated but the last 2 have been a bit tougher. It's because I'm over the initial euphoria of quitting and now it's the long slog to stay quit. The initial cravings were more "I NEED a cigarette" but now my mind is trying to play tricks by telling me "Hey, you got through the tough part, a cigarette now won't hurt you". Thanks mind! Move on...
