Wow! I NEVER thought I would make it. I have not had 1 slip up! I am very proud of myself. I would like to say that I feel better, but that would be a complete LIE! I have never in my life, ever have been so sick. Ear infections, cough, lungs hurt, stopped up nose for weeks, staph infection in my nose and leg, horrible aniexty, and hacking up very nasty things. Also, sore throat/losing voice off and on. ALL of this has happened in a 7 week time span. Some of the things I know did not happen from my quitting, but damn, I am SICK of being SICK. I have never had staph infection before, have not had an earache in many years, or sore thorat, etc... Then BAM!! I quit smoking, and It all happens. There were days I thought it would be better to start again, but I will never ever smoke again. I can smell smoke on people, and quite frankly, they stink. My husband, children and I went bowling two weeks ago, and I have never been before, well, they allow smoking inside the bowling alley, and it was def. a challenge. After about 30 minutes, I just blew it off and continued to have a good time with my family. Needless to say,we will not be bowling there again, because I do not want my daughters breathing all of that garbage in. I am curious as to how much money I have by quitting, but I do know I am able to shop more 🙂 I just wanted to give an update, and see if anyone else got sick when they quit? I have also gained weight 😞 All I want to do is eat.. and usually, I want sweet things? I went and bought an all natural balm, and it helps.. I started dieting this week, and exercise begins monday! GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!! YOU CAN DO IT!! DO NOT GIVE IN!
