All this free time - what are you doing with it?

Today I hit my 2 week mark!!  One of the things I have been reflecting on this morning is how much free time I have gained.  At a pack a day, roughly ten minutes per smoke - that is over 3 hours a day of smoking, that doesnt even factor in the time spent getting cigarettes or thinking about smoking them or making myself not smell after smoking them.

So here is what i used to do:

Smoke

and here are the things I have been doing with this new free time:

Running, playing more with my daughter, learning to cook, working harder at work with less interuption, watching movies with my family, blogging and writing, making lots of cups of tea (instead of so much coffee) and just drinking them to relax and not to accompany a smoke, deep breathing, cleaning and organizing my house, enjoying family time and my new freedom

So how about you?  What are you doing with your newly gained free time?

I am doing much more than I used to. I enjoy the freedom very much. When you breathe better you feel better.  Congrats on your 2 weeks Jaime.  That is awesome

You are being rewarded for a great decision! Congratulations on your two weeks.  As for me, I am with you on the running and the tea.   Other fun things I've picked up are cryptograms, and geocaching, and some great breathing!  (-:
