I just signed on - way too long since I last did. When I saw that I've been smoke-free for 112 days - it made me feel awesome!! Somehow that's so much better than "almost 4 months"!! I've visiting my dad right now and this used to be a place where I still "sneaked" smoking. He's 92 so I would go out on the deck while he was napping and have a cigarette. This is a very small community and not much to do so smoking was a form of entertainment. It's been a little tough this week, but so far I'm ahead of the demon!!! I keep telling everyone about this site - you have all been so helpful and encouraging.
