What I have learned so far:

1) I love breathing

2) I'm sorry for yelling

3) Chocolate(DARK) is soothing

4) I drink lots of water and caffeine free tea (even though I am a coffee junkie)

5) jelly belly jelly beans help

6) my pocketbook smells like gum instead of smokes

7) I bought the most expensive perfume I always wanted because now I could afford it and actually smell it!

(Tocca Stella) it's absolutley brilliant!!!!)

😎 I use this site every time I need to/ 24-7 someone is always here to help

9) I take baths, read, nap, and cry sometimes,

10) I  know saying goodbye to my old life will keep me alive in this one

11) I really am inspired to help others quit

12) I yell into a pillow when I have a really bad urge, and I make myself do something right away like drink a glass of OJ

13) I take my vitamins-and St John's Wart and listen to Wayne Dyer over and over again

14)I laugh and don't have to gasp for air, and I can kiss my husband without coughing

this is priceless!!!!!!!

Good for you!  BTW, I LOVE Tocca!  You've inspired me to splurge on a bottle (I like Florence) ; ))))

GREAT list!  You are an inspiration for sure.  I can't wait to see other things that you might add to this...  and I think I may make my own list!  See you're an inspiration to me :).
