Had kind of a tense meeting right before lunch time. Thought about going to gas station for smokes and drive-thru for food while smoking. Instead, stayed in and ate my lunch I brought and now getting scoots on for a quick walk around the nearby track. Even 20 minutes is better than my other plan!
