NO EMOTION == lighting up. NONE AT ALL! Our Adictions lie to us.
We are the only ones who can commit to DISTRACTING and REPLACING smoking with something else.
It's not easy, but only WE can chose to face the emotions that we have buried with smoke.
ONLY WE CAN CHOSE TO SMOKE AGAIN.
