I wish everyone a wonderful day and of course another smoke free one. Living life without being a slave to the nicotine poison is pretty darned good, no that's not true it's super fantastic once I got through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings and started to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes which certainly took awhile because I smoked for 40 yrs but all I can say is once I realized that hey this is great, no matter what is happening in life  I don't have to smoke, wow I have a choice whether to deal with a situation with a cancer stick or or on my own terms, smoking kills and life without the nicotine poison is the only life worth living. Being 100 % willing, committed and determined will give us a wonderful life of freedom.
