it has been a few years since i last visited this site, but I was sitting at home trying to remember exactely how many years it has been since I had a cigarette. It then dawned on me that I had a counter on this site, so I logged in and its been 1741 days since I last had a cigarette...that equates to 4.7 years. So in march this year I will celebrate half a decade of being smoke free!
So work hard to get through those initial months and then it gets easier and easier....and most important...Just one puff will get you back to 0 just like that! dont even take that drag and you will be able to get there.
