Here’s a link to a book that helped me tremendously. I read it this weekend and there were so many aha moments. The app scribed I’m completely obsessed with it have been for many years. You can get unlimited audiobooks or e-books for around $10 a month but you can try it out for 30 days for free which is definitely long enough to read this audiobook or book that I am. So fortunate that I found Alan Cars quit smoking. There are several versions and I got the one that had a preface discussing e-cigs as I switch from smoking to vaping 14 years ago and from vaping to NRTs a little over a week ago, and then after reading the book, it gave me a completely different mindset on smoking, and I just thought I would share. After my kids have passed around the hardcopy I ordered from Amazon. I would be glad to share it with anyone that doesn’t have access to an app if that’s allowed.
