Hi fellow ex smokers. I just want to thank all of you who messaged me re my post from yesterday. I am truly grateful for your words of encourgement and caring. I will continue to hang out around here. I kind of like it! It is true that this is my quit and I will own it. I am not doing it for others but for myself as this is the only way it can work.
