A WTF moment... Day 56.

Talk about crazy! I just got up from my computer work and walked downstairs to take a smoke break. I reached the backyard and thought... WTF am I DOING out here? Of course, I didn't have any with me, I wasn't even THINKING about smoking... Like a Zombie looking for brains! LOL.

So of course I come up here to check my page immediately, and find that Day 56 is almost here... And now I am having a craving, which hasn't happened in DAYS... maybe even a week? Why now?

I'm a little p*ssed, because frankly I've been too busy to think about smoking... And I have more work to do this weekend than one person can pull off. I finally got a day off today, and I have to spend my energy fighting a CRAVING?  Heck no!

Time to fix dinner and step away from my ball and chain (computer, not my hubby! LOL) ... before I start sleepwalking again. I'll be writing a lot more this weekend when my eyes need a break... Computer work=unhappy YogiB.   I need an assistant- or a clone!

Haha, Lynette you still for hire?  I have a former student who wants to "start over" with her likfe and come work for me, but doesn't want to move until November... I though "Honey, you don't want to start over too fast, now do you?"  Otherwise I would just hire someone locally!!!

You're not alone... I've only reached day 8 but the same thing happened to me last night on the way home from work. I got in my car and started digging in my purse without a second thought, feeling around for my invisable pack. Just look at this as a reminder that the evil cigarettes still want you! But you are better than them! Good luck and stay strong.

Welcome to "No Man's Land"!!  Dale explains "No Man's Land" perfectly.  I think it may be time for him to re-post it.  I can proudly say that I made it through!!  I'm at 121 days now, and finally feel I am on the other side of it now!  Let me tell you.....it feels great!!!  Hang in there....this, too, shall pass!

I do that at least once a day!  Makes me laugh.  Glad to hear others have it happen, began to wonder if it was early Alzheimers!

I think I have WTF moments daily. Not always in regard to smoking or going on faux smoke breaks. 😉

Glad to see you're still here and blogging! Looking foward to more!  AND, congrats on 56 DAYS! Fabulous!

Hardwired. Like when you're driving, zone out a bit, and end up on your route home, even though home wasn't your planned destination.
