A Rough Night

i had a bad dream last night where i realized i had COPD.  in reality i don't have any symptoms except a bit of wheezing.  I am 65 years old.

i got sick yesterday with a cold/flu which is a drag.  i am not a good sick person - i get bored and restless.

Now today i am just thinking about my next quit date, and considering using the patch this time.

i will probably write more later.
