Good morning Ex Family,
This morning was a little bumpy. I had some strange dreams that were a little unsettling. I woke up feeling off. I am happy to say that I went straight to my AA reading and writing and feel a little better. I know I will not smoke today. It reminds me that I have to take action at times like this and not sit and ruminate about smoking; Not justifying or rationalizing the "just one" mentality. That is not and has not worked in the past. I am looking forward to my eye exam today as I will finally be getting new glasses and plan on getting sun glasses as well. I love the sun, but it's a real driving hazard when the sun is very bright. I know I will make it through this day smoke free. Thanks for being there. Here's to working on Day 19.
