Good morning all, its a beautiful smoke free wednesday here in Maryland.

I made a promise 99 days ago that I would no longer polute my body with cigarettes.  I remember those sleepless nights, days filled with fatigue, being easily irritated and  those moments where the crave was really bad that i had to keep reminding myself that i dont smoke anymore. but guess what, I made it through all those obstacles and I am stonger and more resolved in my quit. Do I still have those moments that I wish I could smoke? Sure, but I wont smoke. I remind myself that that is the nicodemon trying to tempt me back.

To all of you who are new in your quit or who want to quit. Remember, we only have one life here on this earth. Do your best to stay here as healthy  and as long as possible. Quiting smoking can be done and its not that hard to get through. Say to your self I WANT TO QUIT!  CHOOSE YOUR QUIT DAY AND STOP. ITS ALL ABOUT MIND POWER AND SELF CONTROL.

I SMOKED FOR 17 YEARS AND TODAY IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BE IN MY DOUBLE DIGITS IN MY QUIT!
