I don't come as often, but I'm still smoke free. Soon I'll join the ranks of the 4 digit club. I don't really think about smoking as much as I used to but the thought does come by every now and then. To my friends I say "howdy" and thanks for listening to me when all I could do is ramble. I think of smoking and I remind myself why I quit. I wish I could say it was easy but that wouldn't be true...sometimes when I go to sleep I still smell the odor of smoke. I used to dream I was smoking, now even that has stopped! progress.....who'd of thought I'd be smoke free 2 1/2 years later! Yeah me !!!!
