so.. 90 days. it feels like I stopped smoking yesterday. And yes, I want to smoke still. All the time 😂. But I make a decision a lot of times a day that I will not smoke for "now" or "just this time". One craving at a time.  No more patches, but I still take lozenges when I have strong cravings.

I walk (few times a day), and I can see I have muscles on my legs. Walking is the best craving killer..

I  ate probably 548593784957348573947534975934573984 mints last 3 months 🤣

In the beginning I thought 3 months is when you forget about cigarettes.. Do not full yourself - it will probably take years..  Yes, it is not the same struggle as in the beginning, and resisting is much easier, but well, I do dream I am smoking, and I still avoid all "smoking" and "temptation"  places. Now the channelges are different - more "mental" ones, if I can call it that..

I also confess I got addicted to the NRT and I am proud I went  of the patch, but stopping the lozenges is in my future still. (I reduced 4 to 2mg, so small win there too)

well, I will stop complaining. Not feeling like the awesome non-smoker i expected to feel lol

But I am probably healthier (doesn't feel like it to be honest, but hey, it took more than 30 years to damage my body, it wont recover in 3 months)

So that's it. I am in the in-between state. Not a recent quiter, and the "high" from the "I did it!"  is gone.. but also not feeling accomplished like I did something big.. I think I have a lot to do still.  Maybe when eventually I drop the NRT lozenges things will change.

But hey! 3 months! 3 months ago I did not believe I will stop smoking for so long!

I am leaving you and will go for a  walk. Typing about smoking makes me want to smoke 🙃
