I’ll admit I haven’t posted here before, I wanted to be sure I was done. I’d tried patches, Meds, and about everything else. But I quit 90 days ago using a device called Fum to replace the hand to mouth habit. No vape juice with no nicotine. Just air. Just used Fum when I started having cravings. It worked!
