Good evening to you all,

Everything is going well.I would like to thank all of you who have supported me with this quit.The urges still come and go but I know how to deal with them now. My kids are so happy for me.N.O.P.E.  I will protect my quit by any means necessary.For you newbies out there this site does work.I am living proof.I concider myself a newbie too day 65 and going strong. Stay strong!!!!!!!! Oh yeah Bon Fire coming up!! Not sure what to do,but I do want to be a part of it.

Congrats on 9 weeks - just great! The bonfire will be a blog - I think Misty@Dawn will be writing it.  Each person then  writes a comment and "throws" their unsmoked cigarettes into the virtual fire!! So, you will need to know how many cigarettes you haven't smoked since quitting. You can go to http://www.dedicateddesigns.com/qk/ and download a counter.....or you can just compute it your self with some basic math!! See you there!

🙂 my grand daughter is on my lap, and she said "oh, a heart gramma" I said "do you know how that one is made?" she responded "for loving" aawwwwww.....then I showed her with my hands, that it's made by hands. We both tried it, and dang, it's tough, but great low-impact exercise for the arms and hands, lol. Try it, it tough (or I have arthritis in my hands that I didn't know about)
