9 days and still hanging in there

9 days and still hanging in there and joining weight watcher on thursday going to try anything i can to use this weight i gained since i quite smoking and get back in to shape and start working out. have to do some thing but sit here all winter i have to go back to work in may and want to be able to stand up all day.

I think you're making an excellent decision to take control over your weight!  It reaffirms the love you're expressing for yourself.  You're doing great at 9 days!  Stay strong.

Hang in there.  It is a stuggle to learn new life habits, but you are on the right track.  Just remember, NOPE.  Get actvie and learn to appriciate the ability to be active.  Drinking losts of water helps too.  Just saying.
