Its been nine days now, its been hard and still hard. I would like to thank Edith and a few of the rest of you that wrote me and told me i could do it. But i still would like to hear from you for words of encouragement because it still really hard. Thank you Pam

hang in there it will be tough at first but you can do it.at become a ex is a excellent site to come to everyone here is very helpfl and your not alone in this.i never thought i could do it either but here i am a year and two months smoke free. and feeling great its the best thing i could have done for myself and everyone who care about me.i see your on 9 days way to go congrats to you.that is really great.keep up the good work being smoke free its all worth it in the end.you ill feel so much better.hang in there its tough at first but does get better.

Stay strong if you were able to do it for the first 9 days which i think is the hardest you can go all the way it only gets easier!

I was just there, 9 days, and it DOES get a little easier each day, so HANG IN THERE, because you are DOING GREAT! Congratulations! Remember, pat yourself on the back each night and tell yourself you are so proud for not smoking. It helps me, and maybe it will help you, too.
