Hello Renee. Congratulations on 70 days, of being SMOKE FREE. Im new to this site. I never even knew that there was a site for people who desired to be SMOKE FREE. Ive smoked, off and on - for 30 years and my quit date is Feb 14, 2014.... Im kind of nervous, but I believe that I can be SMOKE FREE. Did you know that Renee means 'reborn' (FRENCH) Well, this is my first day on this site and I have so much to learn.. Im so glad to be HERE.. Again, congratulations.

My quit date was April 1 this year. Here us a little something I did that I wish you wold join my on. It will be fun for me to know there is another refrigerator in the country that has the same note on it only with your name my friend!!!!!
Take your quit date, but it on a sticky, in big letters and put on our refrigerator. Then make another sticky that says Marybeth You Made it To 30 Days! You ARe awesome and then leave a little check box to check off at 3o days. You are awesome and this will be as fun as we make it ok. Choose your attitude with me ok. Marybeth in Indy
