Good morning all I have made #7 day that is today,oh I am feeling so good I made it this far.Last night I went on a cleaning thing don't know why everything was already clean I keep it that way,but I still had to clean oh my I do not why only   know I DID NOT SMOKE.$6.00 more for the jar.Thanks to all you will never know how much you are helping me,I send blessings to all
