6 months

I’ve been smoke free for 6 months today! I never thought I’d ever be able to say that! I still crave it sometimes but it’s only ever in passing and I always keep alternatives nearby (Jolly Ranchers). I’m now getting used to going outside without having to light up! 6 months and I owe a lot of it to the information from this site and the encouragement from other members! Thank you! You know who you are 🙂
