Today is special for me. 6 months ago today I made a choice to quit smoking. I'm very excited to reach this milestone and be apart of this community. If I can quit smoking for a 181 days in a row believe me you can too.

If you are new to this site stay close and pay attention to the elders. They will support you on your smoke-free journey. Trust me, they know what they are talking about. They are reason I am smoke-free today. So many good friends here that has had a positive impact on my quit. Thank you!

Not one puff ever, one day at a time, the only way out is through. You CAN do this..You are so worth the effort!

My mantra --> I do not smoke anymore and WILL NOT smoke today no matter what. What yours?
